The OSER webpages are compatible to be used by browsers, disability software, screen readers, non mouse, non keyboard and other devices. Specifically, we've selected Lynx as the target browser for text-based versions because disability software - screen readers, non mouse, non keyboard - and devices use this as the basis for their web browsing software.
