The oser.state.wi.us. pages are designed to be accessible to everyone and are Bobby Approved for accessibility. The OSER webpages are compatible to be used by browsers, disability software, screen readers, non mouse, non keyboard and other devices. Specifically, we've selected Lynx as the target browser for text-based versions because disability software - screen readers, non mouse, non keyboard - and devices use this as the basis for their web browsing software. Lynx Web Browser Lynx Web Browser is a fully-featured World Wide Web (WWW) client for users running cursor-addressable, character-cell display devices (e.g., vt100 terminals, vt100 emulators running on PCs or Macs, or any other "cursor-oriented" display). It will display hypertext markup language (HTML) hypertext documents containing links to files residing on the local system, as well as files residing on remote systems running Gopher, HTTP, FTP, WAIS, and NNTP servers. Bobby is a free service provided by CAST to help Web page authors identify and repair significant barriers to access by individuals with disabilities.
