The Office of State Employment Relations (OSER) and its Division of Merit Recruitment and Selection (DMRS) have each changed their administrative rules. 

Agency HR staff should print out the new rule chapters since all chapters have been reprinted.

Generally, the rule changes were made to bring the rules into conformity with recent statutory changes, to eliminate obsolete, unclear or incorrect provisions, to remove requirements that certain notices be provided to OSER or DMRS and to improve the readability of the rules.

The rule changes took effect July 1.
