Wisconsin Career Access Network (WI-CAN) Wisc.Jobs is the main system used for state job applications and notification. Individuals who are interested in participating in the WI-CAN program must create a user account on Wisc.Jobs, set up a Job Cart and select E-Notify. E-Notify is an automated e-mail notification system which regularly sends users state job announcements in their indicated areas of interest.Questions?
